We accept exchanges for damaged products up to a maximum period of 14 days.
We do not accept returns since the products are produced specifically on demand of your order.

If the item is marked “out of stock”, we will try to replace it as soon as possible.

We do not accept reservations or orders for items that are already sold out.

We accepts payments via credit card, ATM, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

We use different print on demand plataforms, so it’s posible that in your cart or check out you see diferent shipping costs.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, at the email address you provided, with a summary of the order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link, which you can check at any time until delivery. Don’t forget to also check your spam/junk folder, as our emails may end up there.

Since products are produced on demand, you have to consider their production and shipping time. Therefore, the estimated expected time, depending on your location, can be between 5 and 20 working days.

It’s also posible that if you choose different products, they don’t arrive in the same time. That will happend if you choose products from diferent plataforms that we use.
